Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Inventory Coordinator at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. This role manages initial receiving, asset tagging, delivery, and maintenance of rental medical equipment along with all related administrative tasks.

You will review monthly rental reports, maintain forms, and ensure timely equipment returns while coordinating with the Biomed team and facility staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree Preferred
• Previous equipment management experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of receiving, delivery, and return process for rental equipment.
• Receive CER and review documentation for accuracy.
• Tag assets and ensure cleanliness of new equipment.
• Manage rental equipment returns and coordinate with Biomed team.
• Maintain paperwork (entry/exit forms, rental invoices) and audit monthly reports.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance; monitor equipment location.
• Respond to facility staff requests for rental equipment and act on division orders.
