Deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet, with emphasis on empathy, accuracy, and compliance. DOT-related requirements may apply based on duties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to educate patients on equipment use and safety.
• Comfort with in-home visits and lifting up to 165 lbs.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet.

• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.

This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life.
