Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years direct customer service experience.
• Knowledge of medical financial assistance agencies and ability to interpret rules and procedures.

• Interview and collect information to assess eligibility and assist patients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of eligibility decisions.
