Job summary

The University of Washington School of Medicine Spokane Medical Education Office is seeking a FCM Program Coordinator to deliver operational, curriculum, and program support for Foundations of Clinical Medicine and related instructional activities in Spokane, Washington.

Reporting to the Operations Specialist, you will coordinate logistics for clinical skills workshops, exams, standardized patient activities, credentialing, and scheduling, while supporting faculty, students, and preceptors

Qualifications

• Advanced word processing skills with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Expertise with internet search, fact checking, and cross-reference.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with staff, students, and physicians.
• Excellent organizing, prioritizing, and ability to multitask under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student curriculum support, onboarding, and credentialing tracking.
• Plan logistics for clinical skills workshops, exams, hospital tutorials, and Canvas sites.
• Administer Standardized Patient program: recruitment, scheduling, and orientation.
• Support faculty events through planning, vendor coordination, and reimbursements.
• Maintain reports, calendars, databases, and office resources; assist with budgeting.
