• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years’ experience in medical device product environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and sessions for sales reps and HCPs.
• Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain documentation and track training per SOPs.
• Develop budgets and agendas for programs and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineers, and physician advisors to create impactful materials.
• Evaluate activities and implement improvements for effectiveness and sustainability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Assoc. Medical Education Manager is accountable for the development and execution of educational programs at Highridge Medical. Emphasis will be on creating and delivering educational materials for the Highridge Medical sales force and healthcare professionals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and virtual or in-person sessions for sales representatives and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of medical devices
• Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales force to support existing and new product introductions.
• Understand and apply working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed tracking and documentation following products training according to standard operating procedures.
• Develop and adhere to a budget and set agenda of programs and events.
• Develop programs that connect early-career surgeons with Highridge Medical distributors and surgeon peers, aimed at building a professional network and operational support team.
• Evaluate educational activities and employ the appropriate changes to ensure trainings are effective and sustainable.
• Partner with marketing, engineers, and physician advisors to develop impactful training programs and materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 7 years’ experience in medical device product environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
