Job summary

Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL seeks a Coordinator, Medical Education to support Foundational Sciences Curriculum delivery in both virtual and in-person settings. You will coordinate courses, blocks, and sessions, manage schedules and materials, and ensure smooth operations across faculty, staff, and students.

Reporting to the Department Chair and Education Directors, the role involves instructional technology use, exam administration, and close

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required and relevant coordination experience.
• Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Experience coordinating schedules, programs, or projects.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics for courses and blocks.
• Update syllabi, schedules, and upload lecture materials to LMS.
• Monitor and communicate schedule changes in real time.
• Track attendance and course participation per institutional requirements.
• Manage educational technologies to support instruction and assessment.
• Administer exams and coordinate secure testing environments.
• Provide faculty and student support for course logistics and policies.
• Maintain academic records and assist with program documentation.
