Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Medicine and Public Health’s Department of Radiology is seeking an Education Coordinator to support ACGME-accredited training programs. The role collaborates with the Assistant Director of Education and faculty leadership to administer curricula, evaluations, and assessments, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

The position is 50%-100% time with potential in-person and remote work; the schedule is flexible and determined at hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time, professional work experience in an administrative or academic setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in graduate medical education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate records of the curriculum, evaluations, and participation.
• Orients department and affiliate site coordinators and teaching faculty to curriculum, policies, and logistics.
• Advises learners on program/institutional policies and procedures.
• Manage unit budget and approve unit expenditures (when applicable).
• Serve as primary contact for the program with internal and external stakeholders, including sites and offices.
