Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a program coordinator to manage departmental educational activities, schedule events, and assemble enrollment data while ensuring compliance with accreditation and institutional guidelines.

You will support the institutional official, program director, and department chair on accreditation matters, serve as a liaison with faculty and other departments, and develop databases to track activities and learner progress.

Qualifications

• Experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience required.
• Ability to lift moderate weight materials and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Work environment may include dust, noise and changes in temperature.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute institutional or program activities, e.g., events and recruitment.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, board, and institutional rules.
• Support leaders on accreditation-related issues and official guidance.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, and affiliated organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track schedules and learner data.
• Provide information and problem-solving support to leaders and staff.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create educational brochures, handbooks, and other materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May oversee budgets and supervise support staff.
