MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Driver in South Bend, IN to safely transport lab specimens and related materials in a company vehicle. You will follow schedules, maintain professional conduct, and ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, a clean driving history, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, with opportunities for career advancement within MedSpeed's growing healthcare logistics network.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and scanning devices.
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screens.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent driving history.

Responsabilités

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related items in a company vehicle.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items with appropriate equipment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly vehicle and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Adapt to varying route assignments as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support for clients and teammates.
• Contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
