MedSpeed is seeking a Medical Driver in South Bend, IN to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related items in a company-owned vehicle.

The role includes operating a handheld scanner, following schedules, and presenting a professional image to clients. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
