Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to advance population health through the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will provide clinical leadership in client facilities and work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high-quality, accountable, team-based care and exceptional patient relations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board cert preferred in IM/FM/Geriatrics.
• Active, unrestricted state license; DEA registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead population health initiatives within the OCH model and ensure team-based care across facilities.
• Collaborate with APCs and facility leadership to uphold patient care standards.
• Possible Medical Directorship providing clinical governance in one or more facilities.
