Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives within the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare (OCH) model. You will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility leaders to ensure high-quality, team-based care across assigned sites.
In some cases, you may serve in a Medical Directorship capacity, providing clinical leadership and oversight. The role emphasizes collaboration, professional relationships, and ongoing clinical excellence in
Qualifications
- MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- CMD certification is a plus; required within 2 years if serving in Medical Directorship.
- Active and unrestricted medical license; DEA registration as required.
