Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health within its Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will drive team-based care across facilities and collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership potentially in Medical Directorship and ensuring coordinated care with EMR systems like AthenaHealth. A physician license and ongoing professional development are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if Medical Directorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide population health leadership and high-quality, team-based care in assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with APCs and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and care coordination.
• Possible Medical Directorship duties with clinical leadership and oversight.
