Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health under the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model, delivering high-quality, team-based care across facilities and collaborating with APCs. The role may include Medical Directorship responsibilities, offering clinical leadership and oversight.

Ideal candidates have MD/DO with active license, board certification in IM/FM/Geriatrics preferred, and CMD certification a plus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with active medical license in applicable state(s).
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead population health within Eventus WholeHealth's model and ensure high-quality, team-based care across facilities.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight in Medical Directorship capacity as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, APCs, and facility staff to deliver integrated, person-centered care.
