Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a dynamic Medical Director to oversee delivery of comprehensive care in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff while maintaining high standards of patient care.

You will drive credentialing, QAPI leadership, and program development, influencing outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance across our LTC network in MN and beyond.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC or SNF experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in LTC.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Prolonged standing/walking; lifting up to 20 lbs; computer work.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of geriatrics and long-term care advancements.
• Provide direct patient care to residents with high-quality clinical treatment.
