Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for our outpatient clinic in San Francisco, CA. The role requires an MD or DO with an active medical license and outpatient primary care experience.

The position offers base salary with incentives, a sign bonus, and a robust benefits package. 4 hours of protected admin time weekly and on-site work with no night shifts.

Formación

• Must have MD or DO with active medical license in the appropriate state.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Able to manage 14-18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity targets.
• Document on the visit day or within 72 hours with accurate coding.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and various acute issues.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily.
• Support patient retention efforts.
• Supervise mid-level providers with chart reviews or audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Admin time: 4 hours per week for full-time physicians.
