Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Medical Director/Attending Physician for part-time leadership in Thief River Falls, MN. You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive care and guide the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care in long-term facilities.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, leading credentialing, chairing the QAPI committee, ensuring regulatory readiness, and driving new clinical programs while staying current on geriatric care advancements.

Competenze

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in LTC or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in long-term care.

Mansioni

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.

• Lead credentialing interviews for prospective medical staff.
