Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, with a dedicated NP or PA supporting you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This part-time role offers a competitive annual compensation of $100,000 to $120,000, paid time off, a sign-on bonus, and malpractice insurance. Board-certified LTC experience and leadership are essential to mentor the care team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs delivering care.
• Willingness to oversee care in SNFs and collaborate with care teams.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain medical records and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists.
