Evergreen Family Medicine in Roseburg, OR is seeking a Medical Director Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Hospital and Urgent Care Medical Director. The role involves scheduling, data collection, and coordinating communications with colleagues, patients and external contacts while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices.

The position requires experience in a fast-paced clinic setting, proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• B.A. in Health or Business Administration preferred, or 3 years related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and policies.
• Coordinates schedules for meetings, arranges appointments and calendar for Medical Director.
• Provides administrative support to Hospital and Urgent Care Medical Director.
• Interfaces with high level internal/external contacts requiring discretion.
• Prepares data reports, speeches, and correspondence as needed.
• Sets up trainings for various specialties and prepares meetings with facts and proper information.
• Works independently in answering calls and routine correspondence.
• Promotes teamwork and professionalism daily.
• All other duties as assigned.
