Responsabilidades

• Maintains HIPAA compliance and adheres to department standards and policies.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates work; sets goals for nursing and support staff.
• Supervises assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Allocates staffing based on patient needs and acuity; manages workflow.
• Assists in staff education, orientation, and training initiatives.
• Participates in performance evaluations and interview/hiring processes.
• Implements safety and quality improvement standards and new procedures.
• Promotes teamwork and professionalism across the organization.
• Handles payroll duties and related administrative tasks.
• Engages in community outreach and internal committees as needed.
