Job summary

DePuy Synthes in Waukesha, WI is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory, process surgical sets and trays, and support case fulfillment. You will partner with Sales Consultants and site leadership to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical-device environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in distribution, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Source inventory, instruments, implants, trays, kits, and replenishment product for surgical procedures.
• Process urgent and routine case requests while maintaining service and fulfillment expectations.
• Communicate proactively with Sales Consultants regarding inventory availability and logistics issues.
• Assist with turnaround activities and redistribution to maximize case coverage and inventory utilization.
