Job summary

Invictus Surgical Incorporated in Tacoma, WA is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to manage our inventory, coordinate shipping, and support case readiness. You will pull product for cases, maintain records, and monitor expirations in a fast-paced medical-device environment.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you will coordinate with Arthrex and internal teams, participate in audits, and help ensure on-time deliveries across the territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory management experience.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory using RedSpot and related systems.
• Pull product and sets for upcoming cases to meet time standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor expiration dates.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track orders.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and packing lists.
• Support audits and reconcile discrepancies weekly.
