Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking an Inventory Site Specialist to support DePuy Synthes Sales Consultants from our Houston site. You will manage inventory, process surgical sets and trays, and coordinate logistics to keep operations running smoothly onsite.

The role requires handling shipments, cycle counts, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Availability for varied shifts and on-call rotations is expected; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, customer service, or related field.
Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and clear communication.
Growth mindset with willingness to ask questions and learn continuously.

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming inventory accurately and promptly.
Inspect and process returned sets, trays, and kits; escalate missing or damaged items.
Coordinate sourcing of inventory, instruments, implants, and trays for procedures.
Track inventory using counting, verification, and auditing to maintain accuracy.
Package, stage, and ship inventory; handle transfers and replenishments to optimize stock.
Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements and SOPs.
