Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the Phoenix, AZ region for CVAC adoption among physicians. You will communicate the value of Calyxo’s kidney stone technology, qualify and develop accounts, and travel frequently to meet quarterly quotas.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outside medical device sales, OR experience, solid relationships with urologists, and a track record of launching new technologies in complex reimbursement environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience. Medical device experience preferred
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes
• Operating room experience required
• Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products and strong relationships with local urologists desired
• Experience with complex reimbursement environments and new technology launches
• Compliance with vaccination county, state, and federal rules

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan with objectives and risk areas.
• Provide monthly forecasts for defined area.
• Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within region.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and education teams for account strategy.
• Manage travel and expenses per approved budget.
