Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Kansas City/ Wichita area. You will drive CVAC adoption among physicians, meet monthly and quarterly quotas, and communicate value propositions for Calyxo products in kidney stone care.

Frequent travel and account development are required to grow adoption. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside medical device sales, OR experience, and strong relationships with urologists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience in medical devices.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
• Experience navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Strong relationships with local urologists desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a territory plan with objectives and key activities.
• Provide monthly forecasts and insight into market conditions.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, and develop accounts to drive product adoption.
