Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager for the Houston, TX area. The role focuses on driving CVAC adoption among physicians while meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales with medical device experience, strong hospital/ASC navigation skills, and proven revenue over-achievement. Willingness to travel and build strong physician relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience, medical device experience preferred.
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Familiarity with hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Knowledge of urology products and strong local urologist relationships.
• Experience launching disruptive technologies and navigating complex reimbursement environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain territory plans with objectives and risk areas.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products.
• Support clinical and training activities with Professional Education teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and KOLs in the region.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize accounts.
