Job summary

The Prime Recruitment is assisting an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company in expanding its commercial team across Michigan and Northern Indiana. As an Associate Territory Manager, you will support a Territory Manager, travel 50–75% and develop clinical knowledge to manage your own territory.

This field-based role offers hands-on training, a clear path to promotion, and potential to earn over $200K with base salary and uncapped commissions as you grow the region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within the territory by car and air.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the Territory Manager to grow the expansion territory.
• Develop key customer relationships and drive new business in MI and Northern Indiana.
• Travel frequently to client sites and healthcare facilities to advance sales.
• Contribute to territory planning and annual growth targets.
