Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. is seeking a Software Technician to support software development, systems engineering, and DVE teams by installing, configuring, and maintaining software and test environments for medical devices.

The role includes OS installation, software deployment, hardware setup, and document control within a regulated QMS. You will work under supervision to keep development and testing environments compliant, available, and accurate, coordinating with software, systems,

Qualificações

• Associate degree in IT / related field
• 2+ years supporting computer systems or technical lab environments
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and software install/troubleshoot skills
• Experience configuring hardware, software and peripherals
• Familiarity with QMS and document control processes preferred

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS on dev/test/production computers.
• Install, update, and validate software applications used by multiple teams.
• Prepare and maintain medical device test systems and hardware.
• Troubleshoot installation and OS issues with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain lab computers, peripherals, and test equipment for reliability.
• Support engineers with software deployments and test environment setup.
• Execute test protocols and document results accurately.
• Support QMS processes including document routing and release activities.
