Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Service Technician to perform high quality repairs of electromechanical ventilation systems. You will work with customers, documenting service activities and ensuring devices return to service promptly.

The role demands independent work ethic, strong communication, and adherence to GMP. Occasional overnight travel may be required for large projects, within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, written).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.
• Able to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in a service center environment.
• Provide professional technical phone support for customers nationwide.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and clinical staff for pre- and post-sale support.
• Document service activities accurately and timely.
• Assist Service Coordinator with depot repairs tracking and expediting.
