Hamilton Medical, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair and calibrate electromechanical ventilation systems in a service center setting. You will communicate with customers, document service work, and ensure high quality, safety, and compliance in every interaction.
The role involves independent work, occasional heavy lifting, and collaboration with sales and clinical teams to support customers before and after installations.
Hamilton Medical was founded in 1983 with a clear mission: to enhance the lives of patients on respirators and support the caregivers who serve them. Our focus is on developing ventilation technologies that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and lung protection. We are dedicated to easing the burden on healthcare professionals who work tirelessly every day, helping critically ill patients recover and regain their health. We are committed to helping medical teams deliver the best respiratory care ‑ to anyone, anywhere.
As a Service Technician with Hamilton Medical, you will have a direct impact on patient care by performing high quality repairs of electromechanical systems in medical devices. You will communicate directly with customers and prove that they are in good hands. This role manages its own workflow, so a successful Service Technician is self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative by moving equipment between workstation and racks, documenting service, and following up with customers. Feel a sense of accomplishment knowing the devices you repair will go back into service for humans in need.
