You will provide professional technical support to customers, collaborate with sales and clinical staff, and maintain thorough documentation of all services performed, with occasional overnight travel for large projects.

Qualifications

• Understand ventilation systems and basic electronic concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Able to train non-technical personnel on technical topics.
• Follow safety protocols and GMP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs, calibrations, and preventative maintenance of ventilation products in a service center.
• Provide technical phone support for customers nationwide.
