Job summary

Hamilton Medical, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair and calibrate electromechanical ventilation systems in a service center setting. You will communicate with customers, document service work, and ensure high quality, safety, and compliance in every interaction.

The role involves independent work, occasional heavy lifting, and collaboration with sales and clinical teams to support customers before and after installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical phone support for customers nationwide.
• Work with customers, sales teams, and clinical staff to provide ongoing support pre- and post-sale.
• Document service performed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards.
