Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Product Service Coordinator to support depot service and repair operations for medical devices.

You will manage service transactions in SAP, coordinate repair activities, process customer orders, and ensure documentation throughout the repair lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating orders, handling returns, communicating estimates, and collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and other teams to move products efficiently through the service process back

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in service operations, orders, or logistics.
• Experience with computer-based order and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned medical devices in SAP.
• Create and maintain service records and billing details.
• Document repair information and service transactions in SAP.
• Create sales, exchange, loaner, and outbound delivery orders.
• Communicate repair estimates and order status to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support investigations and operations.
• Document customer complaints and MDR-related events.
• Assist with receiving and warehouse activities as needed.
