Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Product Service Coordinator in Skaneateles Falls, NY to support depot service and repair operations for medical devices. You will manage SAP-based service transactions, coordinate repairs, process orders, and maintain accurate documentation through the repair lifecycle.

Role involves system work, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration to move products efficiently back to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, order management, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience using computer-based systems to process orders and service transactions.
• Ability to accurately enter and manage data in multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned medical devices and enter service details into SAP.
• Create and maintain service records, including billing and repair documentation.
• Document repair information and service transactions in SAP.
• Create orders and outbound deliveries to support repair activities.
• Communicate with customers about estimates, PO numbers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Shipping, Engineering, and others to support investigations.
• Identify and document customer complaints and escalate quality concerns.
• Support receiving and warehouse activities as needed.
