Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates on medical devices. You will work within the Product Service Depot following quality procedures to ensure devices are safe and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Computer proficiency for entering service data and navigating software.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and software updates on medical devices.
• Conduct functional, safety, and performance testing using diagnostic equipment.
• Document service findings and repair actions in the designated systems of record.
• Follow Quality Management System requirements and established procedures.
• Diagnose device malfunctions and determine root causes for escalation.
• Disassemble, assemble, inspect, and prepare devices for shipment.
• Support depot operations including receiving, disinfection, and shipment preparation.
