Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Associate (STA) for a 6-12 month immersive program designed to introduce new graduates to the medical device industry. You will gain clinical knowledge, business acumen, and field experience to build a foundation for long-term success.

You will learn from our Global Training and Education team and field leaders, with classroom, cadaver labs, and hands-on exposure. After graduation, you may move into a Clinical Specialist role, location in the US may

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed between May 2026 and December 2026 is required.
• Ability to start work on a full‑time basis January 4, 2027 (relocation completed by start date).
• As a part of the STA Program, relocation to the designated home office in Mason (Cincinnati), Ohio is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the United States is required.
• Experience through an internship or part-time employment in a sales or clinical environment is highly preferred.
• Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred.
• Strong track record of academic and other successes is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States and in good standing is required.
• Willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet predefined milestones during the STA program (6–12 months).
• Support 30 procedures in hospital operating rooms via field shadowing experiences.
• Conduct in-services and other presentations required by designated accounts.
• Prepare for transition to Clinical Specialist role when opportunities arise.
