AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a recent graduate to join its Sales Training Associate (STA) Program, a 6–12 month immersive program designed to introduce you to the medical device industry and our field-based teams.

You’ll gain clinical knowledge, business acumen and hands-on experience through classroom training, cadaver labs, and mentorship from experienced sales and clinical leaders. Graduation leads to a Clinical Specialist role, with opportunities across US franchises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Relocation to Mason, OH is required.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Sales or clinical internship/part-time experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Gain clinical knowledge, business acumen and field experience.
• Learn from the Global Training and Education team and field leaders.
• Complete classroom training, cadaver labs and shadowing with experienced staff.
• Prepare for a Clinical Specialist role across US franchises.
