Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Associate to join a 6-12 month immersive program designed to introduce new graduates to the medical device industry.

You'll gain clinical knowledge, business acumen, and field experience to build a foundation for long-term success. During the program you’ll learn from the Global Training and Education team, Sales Managers, Territory Managers and experienced Field Clinical Specialists while engaging with customers and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree conferred between May 2026 and December 2026.
• Relocation to Mason, OH required.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Internship or part-time sales/clinical experience preferred.
• Completion of selling skills program preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license and background check required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities
