Job summary

Mozarc Medical Holding seeks an Associate Sales Representative to develop a career path in medical device sales. This entry-level role provides hands-on field experience, structured training, and mentorship from experienced sales professionals, with potential progression into a territory-based role within 24–36 months.

You will partner with Account Managers to drive adoption and growth across the Renal Care Solutions portfolio, including PTA balloons and dialysis catheters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel 80% with overnight stays as needed.
• 1+ year of sales, healthcare, marketing, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities and customer relationships across assigned region.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute customer conversion and growth strategies.
• Drive product adoption, customer conversions, and new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and key stakeholders through education and training.
• Assist with territory coverage and account support as needed.
• Manage order processing, pricing requests, and other customer-facing administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal partners and participate in training, meetings, and development opportunities.
