Align Technology is seeking a Sales Associate for a 12‑month, full‑time training program at our Tempe, AZ office. The program includes formal and on‑the‑job training, certifications, and real-world field exposure, with relocation to the Greater Phoenix area for the duration.

Graduates will have the opportunity to apply for Associate Territory Manager roles and relocate within the US after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree at start.
• Willingness to relocate to Tempe, AZ for approximately 12‑month training.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to another territory in the US after training.
• Attention to detail with high customer service standards.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training and immersion program within 12 months.
• Promote Align’s product portfolio to customers virtually.
• Secure new business and manage select accounts in the market.
• Work closely with the sales management team and receive coaching and support.
• Provide temporary field sales coverage in assigned territories.
