Job summary

Prime Recruitment is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Tucson to drive full-cycle outside sales for a medical device. You will educate clinicians, conduct product demos, and guide patients through in-home demonstrations, building relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role offers a base salary of $70K with uncapped commissions, and a defined path to Territory Sales Manager with earnings potential well above base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience interacting with patients or clinicians and doing live product demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales: prospecting, meetings, demos, in-services, and follow-up.
• Educate physicians, therapists, and clinicians on a non-invasive device.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and help onboarding.
• Partner with senior Territory Managers on strategy, execution, and sales goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource to clinicians on treatment protocols and reimbursement.
