Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business, with 1–2 years of sales or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a structured development program.

Responsibilities

• Plan account coverage with senior team members and execute contact strategies.
• Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and territory growth across assigned accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain territory activity and use digital tools to support forecasting and quota attainment.
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce and ensure timely activity documentation.
• Develop product knowledge and apply consultative selling approaches in conversations.
• Align solutions with customer needs and goals through collaboration with internal teams.
