Job summary

Real is seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift located in North San Jose, CA. The role involves electromechanical assembly of robotic modules, following detailed instructions, and verifying components across multiple product modules to ensure quality and compliance.

You will perform functional and diagnostic testing with calibrated tools, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Production leadership, NPI, Quality, and Operations to support pilot builds and product

Qualifications

2+ years of manufacturing technician experience.
Background in Medical Device preferred.
Testing and troubleshooting on the production floor.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced electromechanical assembly and system-level integration of robotic modules.
Interpret and apply assembly procedures, MPIs, TPIs, and engineering docs.
Conduct functional, electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic testing with calibrated equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rework complex issues; escalate to engineering as needed.
Perform in-process inspections and support quality verifications.
Collaborate with Manufacturing leadership, NPI engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve challenges.
Provide feedback to engineering for improving MWIs, MPIs, and TPIs.
