Job summary

Integer is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Team Member to perform assembly and inspection tasks in a regulated environment. You will follow written procedures, work with both manual and automated equipment, and ensure product quality while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The role involves second shift hours (4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday-Thursday), a compensation package with shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices is required.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection per process specification.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automated machines.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with a microscope for conformance to specs.
• Completes required documentation.
• May train or assist others in the manufacturing area.
• May package product for shipment.
• Participates in team endeavors to drive continuous improvement.
• Expands skills through on-the-job training and cross-training.
