Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners in Tampa is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition for our medical device business.

You will identify and deliver top-tier talent, partner with HR and hiring leaders, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

Experience with Workday ATS and 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting within RPO or corporate TA is preferred; Bachelor's degree is recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO or corporate TA, with tech hiring experience.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
