Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process inspection and testing of finished goods and raw materials. You will read procedures, document results, and provide disposition for inspected products to maintain inventory control.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, issuing non-conforming reports, and communicating with QA, warehouse, and manufacturing teams. The role also covers verifying line startup requirements per procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry.
• Basic math skills including fractional to decimal conversions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with GMP/GDP/ISO or 21 CFR 820.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection and testing of finished goods and raw materials.
• Read and understand company procedures for inspections; complete documentation.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports per policy.
• Communicate with QA, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing groups.
• Verify line start-up and equipment requirements per procedures.
