Medline Industries, LP invites applications for a QC Inspector I to help ensure product quality in manufacturing or distribution settings. You will inspect materials, components and finished products, document findings, and report defects to support process improvements.

You will work closely with production or distribution teams, follow SOPs and GMP/ISO guidelines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while complying with safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy (read, write, speak).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills (fractions to decimals).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot/cold environments.
• Read and interpret instructions, blueprints, SOPs.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21 CFR 820/210-211.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specs.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production/distribution teams to address issues.
• Support quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess inbound damaged goods and repack as needed.
• Perform other assigned QA tasks.
