Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in the United States is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality and safety across manufacturing or distribution settings. • Basic math skills including fractions to decimals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process items and finished products; document results.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify defects and non-conformities and report them.
• Collaborate with production or distribution teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Assess inbound damaged goods and assist with repackaging.
• Support inventory checks, recall verifications, deviations handling and relabeling tasks.
• May operate powered material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret instructions and blueprints; comply with SOPs and quality systems.
