Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is hiring for a quality control inspector to inspect raw materials and finished products, using manual and measuring tools, and to document results. The role ensures compliance with GMP/GDP/ISO standards and supports inventory control.

The position requires at least 1 year of QC experience in a regulated setting, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office. Health and safety training may be included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in basic math and MS Office.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and follow GMP/GDP/ISO/21CFR 820 rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished goods using manual, visual, measurement and testing equipment; document results.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports according to policy.
• Communicate inspection findings to QA, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
• Verify line start-up and equipment requirements per procedures.
