Job summary

You will own project plans from quote through production stabilization, driving lean processes, risk management, and clear communications with customers and stakeholders while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years’ experience in business or technical role with 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in medical device industry or regulated environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations, GD&T, machining.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to transfer and launch medical implants and instruments.
• Develop timelines, critical paths, budgets, and quotes.
• Ensure lean processes and manufacturing methods are used.
• Serve as the main project contact between customer and Viant.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Meet milestones to deliver customer and internal commitments.
